Teaching
Below you will find my teaching philosophy and some example lesson plans I've created
Teaching Philosophy
To me, real learning comes from being willing to make mistakes and figure things out as you go. That only happens in an environment built on trust. I try to create a space where people feel comfortable taking risks, asking questions, and getting things wrong without feeling judged. When that trust is there, mistakes stop being something to avoid and start becoming the most valuable part of the process.
I see teaching as something that happens in small, consistent moments. It’s in how you guide people through challenges, how you respond when something doesn’t go as planned, and how you help others reflect and grow from those experiences. I connect most with a servant leadership approach, where the goal is to support people as they build confidence and learn for themselves. I try to stay steady, lead by example, and take responsibility when needed. At the end of the day, my goal is to create an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and able to learn through experience, especially through the mistakes that shape them the most.
